<summary> 1.  Having high ping while playing, how to fix ?📶</summary>

🛜Generally, the main reason of getting high ping is low internet speed . Test your internet speed from [speedtest.net](https://www.speedtest.net) and anything below 5 Mbps won't really help.

📡 Try using a VPN. We recommend [<mark style="color:blue;">Cloudflare Warp</mark>](https://1.1.1.1), as it can significantly optimize your ping. You can switch between <mark style="color:purple;">'1.1.1.1'</mark> and <mark style="color:purple;">'1.1.1.1 with Warp'</mark> modes in the VPN settings to find the best option for your connection.

📶**Check the ping and packet loss from your device:**

1. Open CMD with administrator access (press Windows key, type CMD, left click to open).
2. Type `ping play.cyanplex.net`.
3. You'll see a result like this:

    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 65ms, Maximum = 66ms, Average = 65ms
```

4. Check if the ping is high or if there's any packet loss.
5. If you notice high ping or packet loss, contact your ISP and explain, *"I'm experiencing bad ping and packet loss on this game server."* Provide them with our server IP."
